Asia Bange has five hurdles to go over in the indoor 60 meters and 10 hurdles to leap in the 100 meters. But the record-setting Marshall junior says for her, it's been more about a mental jump to clear.

- Junior hurdler Asia Bange and sophomore sprinter Isatu Fofanah paced Marshall's performance Thursday in the 2015 Conference USA Indoor Track and field Championships, with school record-setting efforts at the Birmingham CrossPlex.

Marshall track and field begins its indoor league championships Thursday, Feb. 26, in Birmingham, Ala., at the Birmingham CrossPlex.

The Marshall track and field team took part in the competition at the Buckeye Tuneup Friday afternoon and recorded a pair of top-five finishes.

The Marshall women's track and field team posted a commanding victory this weekend, topping eight teams at Jeff Small Track in the Chris Cline Indoor Complex.

Marshall University will play host to its second indoor track and field meet in a three-week span when the Marshall Invitational takes place Friday and Saturday on the Jeff Small Track in the Chris Cline Athletic Complex's indoor facility.
