Thundering Herd senior Crystal Walker headlined Marshall's track and field team on day one of the Kentucky Invitational, leaping - 19'0 - to a sixth place finish in the long jump Friday evening at the E.J. Nutter Field House.

Marshall University track and field will start off the new year with a trip to Lexington, Ky. for the Kentucky Invitational this Friday and Saturday at UK's Nutter Field House.

Marshall University Department of Athletics will host the 16th annual Sweetheart Clinic, Sunday, February 3 for girls ages 4-12.
